Acceptable Use
TeleBets is a marketplace for verified sports tipsters. All users must be 18 years of age or older. Any fraudulent activity, manipulation of track records, or distribution of illegal content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
Tipster Obligations
Tipsters must complete KYC and age verification before earning. All picks must be submitted before event start and cannot be edited. Tipsters are responsible for ensuring their content complies with applicable laws.
Subscriber Obligations
Subscribers must verify they are 18+ before accessing content. Payments are non-refundable except where automatic refunds apply (inactive tipsters, cancelled events). Subscribers agree that past performance does not guarantee future results.
Limitation of Liability
TeleBets provides the platform as-is. We are not liable for disputes between tipsters and subscribers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any pick or prediction. Crypto transactions are final and non-reversible.
